Adam Curling, DPh

Chief Operating Officer

Adam Curling is the Chief Operating Officer at PharmaCorr Sterile, bringing over 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical services. He leads pharmacists, technicians, and support teams, managing medication workflows. Adam develops effective management policies, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and federal regulations, while improving operational efficiency and safety across the organization.

Danielle Norris, PharmD, BCPS

Pharmacist-in-Charge
Pharmacy Manager

is the Pharmacist in Charge of Sterile Compounding at Pharmacorr Sterile. She is a licensed Oklahoma pharmacist with extensive hospital and clinical leadership experience, most recently serving as Operations Manager and Clinical Coordinator at SSM Health St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, where she led teams of up to 35 pharmacists and oversaw regulatory compliance, medication safety, and sterile compounding operations.Dr. Norris earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming and completed a PGY-1 residency at Norman Regional Health System. She is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), holds advanced life support certifications, and maintains specialized training in sterile compounding. Her background combines clinical rigor, operational excellence, and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety.

James Mangham

Pharmacy Manager - Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer- Pharmacy Technician

With over 10 years of experience, James is a nationally certified Senior Pharmacy Technician specializing in sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. Trained by PCCA, he ensures high-quality formulations. He also brings four years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, making him a key member of our management team. Driven by his passion for patient care, James is here to provide exceptional support and meet your pharmacy needs.

Patrick Corbin, D.Ph.

Sr. Director | Pharmacy Informatics

Patrick Corbin is a pharmacist with over 27 years of experience in pharmacy automation, data mining, and analysis, along with 37 years in computer software development. He understands the clinical team’s needs and provides data-driven pharmacy reports to support decision-making. An expert communicator, Patrick enjoys working closely with staff, administrators, and healthcare professionals to deliver cost-effective treatments and achieve quality outcomes.

Reed Heflin

Senior Safety Advisor

N. Reed Heflin is a licensed pharmacist with over 25 years of expertise in hospital, compounding, and home infusion clean room operations and design. As Senior Safety Advisor at PharmaCorr Sterile and principal partner of BCET, Reed offers a deep understanding of pharmacy operations. For the past 11 years, he has served as a consultant, improving workflows and layouts in large-scale pharmacy designs. His practical insights as a practicing pharmacist are instrumental in optimizing clean room operations, ensuring both safety and efficiency.

Tammy Schmidt, DPh

Director of Procurement

Tammy brings over 26 years of pharmacy experience, specializing in product procurement and overseeing all aspects of drug distribution and storage within the pharmacy. Detail-oriented and passionate about inventory management, Tammy ensures efficient operations. As a pharmacist, she leads her team in delivering excellence in pharmacy care, offering a diverse product range and highly competitive pricing.

Todd Schlifstein

Director of Revenue

Todd Schlifstein began his career at Cornell University, earning a degree in Clinical Nutrition, followed by medical training at NYCOM. He completed his internship at Long Beach Medical Center and residency at NYU, where he served as chief resident. In 2009, he founded Fountain Medical Group and Fountain MedSpa, which evolved into EGA Medical. Recognized as a top injector, Todd  brings his expertise in business growth and MedSpa management as Director of Revenue, driving financial success and innovation.

Director of Regulatory Affairs

Eti Garcia serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs, ensuring that all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards. With extensive experience in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, she effectively manages risks and upholds the highest compliance standards. Eti’s strategic leadership is vital in maintaining the company’s reputation for integrity and quality in the marketplace.

Rachel is an accomplished accounting professional with over 12 years of experience working in corporate accounting. As a former senior leader at the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health, Paul collaborated with agencies like OIG and GAO. Now as Legal Compliance Counsel at PharmaCorr Sterile, he leverages his FDA expertise to provide strategic guidance.

With over 20 years of trial experience, she specializes in complex intellectual property litigation in the life sciences and technology sectors, serving as lead counsel in high-stakes Hatch-Waxman cases and patent disputes. Delphine holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She also advises on FDA regulatory challenges, patentability, and intellectual property due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
